I understand that this is only an initial request and does not guarantee my fundraiser will be approved. If accepted, I will be required to provide my federal tax id or possibly fill out a w-9 form. I will not promote the fundraiser until I receive email approval and official flyers. I understand that at most, one fundraiser per 6 months will be approved. I also agree not to alter the official fundraiser flyers.

I understand that if my organization does not bring in $250 in fundraiser sales on the night of the fundraiser, we will not be eligible to receive 20% of sales from our supporters.

We understand we are not to solicit in-store guests on the day of the event, and solicitation of our regular guests could lead to the cancelation of the fundraiser. We understand that if our fundraiser is approved, guests must show cell phone or printed flyers for us to receive credit. All promotions must be executed in advance and not in our restaurant or on the premises to our regular customers. Violating this policy may result in the cancelation of your fundraiser. Please promote your event and bring in your supporters. We are thrilled to support your organization with our fundraiser, but we will not be able to accommodate tables, donation jars, decorations, or distribution of information. We need to do everything in our power to be the very best neighbors to our surrounding businesses, and also ensure that we are making those guests who are not dining with us in conjunction with your fundraiser feel at home and unsolicited. We cannot allow raffles or other fundraising efforts during our event.
